General Terms

Payment Confirmation: Booking confirmation requires 100% payment at time of reservation to secure your dates.

Non-Refundable Policy: All bookings are strictly non-refundable to guarantee availability for our exclusive properties.

Reservation Priority: Reservations are secured on a first-paid, first-confirmed basis.

Accuracy Requirement: Clients must ensure all booking details (dates, guest count, special requirements) are correct before payment confirmation.

Additional Services

Premium Services: Services including private chefs, dedicated drivers, airport transfers, and curated excursions can be arranged in advance through your experience designer.

On-Site Payment: Additional services are paid on-site at checkout unless alternative arrangements are confirmed in writing.

Vetted Partners: DNBV partners exclusively with trusted local providers vetted for exceptional quality and reliability.

Concierge Support: Dedicated concierge support is available pre-arrival for seamless service coordination and personalized recommendations.

Peak Season Note: Some services require extended lead times during high-demand periods to ensure availability.

Payment Details

Accepted Methods: We accept payments via Stripe (all major credit and debit cards) and bank transfer on request for international clients.

Formal Documentation: A comprehensive invoice and booking confirmation are issued automatically upon payment for your formal records.

Group Booking Flexibility: For group bookings, split payments between multiple parties can be arranged in advance with your experience designer.

Service Settlement: Any unpaid additional services must be settled prior to guest departure to ensure a seamless checkout experience.

Cancellation Policy

All bookings are final. No refunds will be processed under any circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, travel restrictions, or personal emergencies.

Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) Coverage: We strongly recommend guests secure Cancel For Any Reason travel insurance to protect against unforeseen changes or circumstances.

Date or Villa Changes: Requests for changes to dates or villa selection are subject to availability and must be confirmed in writing through your experience designer.

Guest Responsibilities

Accurate Guest Information: Guests are responsible for providing accurate guest counts and details at the time of booking.

Misrepresentation Consequences: Misrepresentation of guest numbers or requirements may result in booking cancellation without refund to protect the experience of all guests.

Property Care: Properties must be returned in pristine condition, with any damages or excessive cleaning requirements subject to additional charges.

Villa Standards: All guests must respect the premium nature of our properties and maintain appropriate behavior standards during their stay.

Legal & Privacy

Data Protection: All personal data collected is handled under strict GDPR-compliant policies ensuring complete privacy and security.

Governing Law: All bookings and related services are governed by the laws of Vietnam.

Agreement Acceptance: Guests agree to these terms and conditions by completing the payment process and confirming their booking.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from bookings will be resolved through mediation before resorting to legal action, prioritizing amicable solutions.
